The first time I laid eyes on a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was on television watching the Westminster Dog Show.  I was completely smitten with these beautiful cheerful little dogs. While standing in line at a home improvement store many years ago I met a Cavalier in the shopping cart in front of me. It was love at first sight.  This was the breed for me. I wanted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Fifteen years ago I got my first Cavalier; a Blenheim named Stella. She was smart and beautiful and she was as devoted to me as I was to her. Sadly, Stella had every problem a Cavalier can have. Her hips and patellas (knees) caused her visible pain. I lived in worry her heart would stop one day and she would be gone.  She lived for thirteen years, but my heart ached for her because of her many problems. With a newly emptied nest, I wondered if filling my home with the joy of Cavaliers and ultimately puppies was possible. What’s more I wanted to breed Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniels that were free from any of the health problems my Stella had endured. So here we go!

All of my Cavaliers will have proper genetic health testing, generationally, to avoid as many of the health problems my sweet Stella had endured. Penny, Georgia and Jagger all have excellent blood lines. All of the parent dogs of my Cavaliers have been certified to be genetically free from hip, heart, patella and eye issues. My vet has certified that my Cavaliers are issue free. All of my parent dogs have excellent pedigrees.

Our dogs are family members that live and sleep with us. I am devoted to their continued health before and after any litters. Ours will be a lifelong friendship from the day you decide to bring a Cavalier into your home throughout the life of your dog. All of our puppies are placed as "best matched" with the intention of finding the perfect puppy temperament for your household.
